Pazova buns

At the bakery “Trivit” in Stara Pazova, you can taste the traditional Slovak “Pazovačka kifla” (Pazova buns) made by local women employed at the bakery of the same name. These buns are always fresh and warm, just like homemade, and the secret is in their airy and soft dough. The product is made from sourdough, and there are various versions and combinations of this specialty, including plain ones, ones filled with cheese, ham and cheese, with our recommendation being the bun with Slovak meatball.
