Krnješevci is a cattle-breeding settlement of a clustered type in Vojvodina in the Srem district in the municipality of Stara Pazova. According to the 2011 census, there were 845 inhabitants. Thus, it is the smallest rural village in the municipality. The distance between Krnješevci and Stara Pazova is 13 km.

The entrance to the E-70 highway, from the center of the village is only 1 km, which is primarily a strategic feature of Krnješevci. It is 31km away from Belgrade – one takes about half an hour to get there.
